Prior to any treatment being performed, we conduct a 30 min consultation with you.

During your consultation, we will discuss with you your skin goals, and walk you through all facets of your recommended treatment.

Treatment and consultation are carried out upon first visit, please allow 1-1.5 hours , depending on the chosen treatment.

We kindly ask all clients to arrive 15 min prior to your appointment.
Is a deposit required for my treatment?
To secure your appointment, credit card details are required.
We do not charge your card and it is stored in a secure system called Salon Pay.
We simply require 48 hrs notice for any cancellations or reschedules, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred.
What payment options do you have?
Is the process painful?
Fibroblast skin tightening is a non-invasive procedure with minimal level of pain. It is virtually painless, as the treatment area is numbed before the treatment. After the treatment, the treated area might be slightly reddish and some patients may experience some swelling ( only for areas around the eyes ).

At the site of each spot, a small crust will form. They should not be touched and you should wait 4-5 days for them to fall off naturally.

During the procedure, the clients may feel some discomfort, not actual pain, depending on the treated area of the face/body.
Are the results visible immediately after my treatment?
The results are visible immediately after the treatment, and maximum results will be visible after 3-4 weeks, when the skin enters the third phase of healing - connective and collagen tissue growth.
So results are visible immediately, but the end results follow after 3-4 weeks after your treatment.
How many treatments are required for a optimal result?
This depends on the state of your skin and the desired degree of correction. Clients are often satisfied after only one treatment, for example if the wrinkles are not very deep, but due to the simplicity of the procedure, clients can elect to have two or even three treatments, to achieve a perfect result.

The procedure may be repeated after the skin has fully regenerated, which is 6-8 weeks after the procedure.
Generally, two sessions are required.
How long will the effect of the Fibroblast treatment last?
The results of the Fibroblast treatment are permanent and may be visible for years. Its important to note that the ageing process still continues, and your skin will continue to age as you get older. On average, results last from 2-4 years.
