Booking & Pricing Policy


Booking Policy 

We understand every now and then things don’t work out as planned.


To help us provide the highest quality service to our clients, we have a booking policy for all appointments . 


Here's how it works. 

When booking in treatment services under $350, a booking fee of $50 will be required to secure your appointment with us. 


For services over $350, a booking fee of $100 is required.  

Your booking fee will be used towards the total cost of your treatment on the day of your service. 

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and re-scheduling of appointments (including all complimentary consultations and reviews).  Cancellations greater than 48 hrs notice, will receive a full refund of the booking fee. 

Any changes made to your appointment with less than 48 hrs of your appointment time, including not showing up to your appointment, cancellations or reschedules,  you are welcome to reschedule your appointment and a new booking fee will apply. 


All clients are sent a confirmation SMS 3 day’s prior to their scheduled appointment.

We are unable to receive voice calls on this number.   You will need to confirm your appointment before the deadline of 48 hrs, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.  

To confirm your appointment, simply follow the link on your SMS message. To cancel or reschedule, you will need to either call the clinic, email our us, or message us on any of our social media platforms ( Facebook or Instagram ). 

We may use our discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.
