​Lou and I wanted to personally assure everyone that the health and safety of all of our guests and team members  is our upmost priority ALWAYS,  and  are taking even more precautions to ensure everyone who enters our environment is kept safe and well…..

Prior to coming in, we would like to share with you the measures we have adopted at the Skin Agencie to address the current  health safety requirements, so that everyone is safe within our clinic.  

​

We will be following the current Victorian Government health orders.

 

All Agencie staff will be fully vaccinated, as required by the current Victorian Government health orders. 

 

We are requesting all guests to cancel their appointment who either:

​​​

• Are feeling unwell, have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing

• ​

• Should be self-isolating for any other reason. 

​

If you are impacted by these COVID related circumstances, we will waive our standard cancellation fee policy. 

​

Before you come in:

​

• We will email you a link to your online consultation form. Please fill this in prior to attending your appointment with us. 

​

Upon arrival to our clinic:​​

​

• Ask you to please attend your appointment on your own without anyone accompanying you, eg children. 

​

• As per our normal practices, our therapists will wear masks at all times. 

​

During your appointment we will:

​

• Only be accepting payments via card or Afterpay or Salonpay.

​

​​

Along with all of the above, we will continue with our standard practices of:

​

• Wiping down every surface & clinical beds with high grade disinfectant after every client

•  Following the WHO  recommended hand washing instructions.

• Sterilising of all equipment in between guests and using disposable towels where we can.

• Every clinic room has hand sanitiser & Dettol Glen20 which is used after each client & used in the reception area.

Maintaining best hygienic practice is of the upmost importance to us so that our team members, guests and families can continue to visit our space with peace of mind.
